I don’t know about you, but I’m seriously starting to worry about Cap’n Buck. I just got another message in a bottle, and he’s in trouble AGAIN! First, he shrank, and then we helped him get big again. And now…
He’s a GIANT! I had to do some research to track down the Furi Riddle, but here it is:
Furi wanted to enter The Underground Disco but didn’t know the password that was required. Furi waited by the door and listened. A Poppet club member knocked on the door and Bubba the Bouncer said “twelve.” The Poppet replied “six” and was let in. A Diavlo club member came to the door and the bouncer said “six.” The Diavlo replied “three” and was let in. Furi thought he’d heard enough and walked up to the door. The bouncer said “ten” and Furi replied “five” but was not let in. What should Furi have said to get inside?
If we can figure this out together, maybe Buck will FINALLY return to his normal size (and not teeny tiny!) and he’ll be able to come back to The Port! Comment on THIS blog with your riddle answers… The first person to get it right will win a MAMMOTH sized Rox prize.

We received the COOLEST photo in the mailbag recently. It’s from Moshi4439 and they had a Furi CAKE for their birthday!
Anyway, that got me thinking. Let’s have a “Make a Moshi (or Moshling) out of food contest!” Some Moshi staff have even made some. Check out Whiskersss‘ Oddie.
Our very own Smitheroo made this delectable toast Furi.
I think all of YOU will have some brilliant ideas for how to make a Moshi Monster or Moshling out of food. Maybe you’ll make a marshmallow Poppet, or a licorice rope Luvli, or a cookie Diavlo! To enter this contest, all you have to do is:
– With your parents’ permission, create a Moshi out of food (and remember, if you make a mess, clean it up afterwards!)
– Snap a photo of your food creation
– SAVE the image file as a .jpg, .tiff, or .gif and save it as your OWNER NAME (i.e. MissPinky’s photo would be saved as “misspinky.jpg”)
– Email your image to contests@moshimonsters.com
– The winner will win a Grand Prize of a HUGE Rox prize, AND a Moshi Goodie Bag. Runners up will receive Rox prizes. Cha ching!
It’s that easy! Hey, speaking of FOOD, if you could go to the store and buy ANY Moshi Monsters candy, which kind of Moshi candy would you like to have? Things just got a lot more musical around here. Yep, the Bongo Bongo drums have just arrived from the Funk Factory, where they’ve been lovingly crafted by apprentice Diavlo drum doctors. You can find them on the shelves of Bizarre Bazaar starting today.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot to tell you. They’re kind of rare, so if they’re not at the Bizarre Bazaar right this second, keep checking back. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to polish up on my spoken word poetry so that I might wow Tyra tonight with some of my mad Bongo/poetry stylings. Can you dig?

Are you sitting down? Because YOU could be the star of our next Moshi TV ad.
If you are in the UK and between 11 and 14 years old – we want YOU to audition for our brand NEW Moshi Bandz TV ad.
HOW TO ENTER
It’s easy to enter. Here’s how you can convince us you’re Moshi’s next TV AD STAR:
1 – create a 30 second or less video
2 – tell us who you are (Monster Owner name only please)
3 – show us your personality – why YOU should be in our ad
4 – dance to your favorite music trak
5 – be sure to get your parent or guardian’s permission
6 – upload your 30 second or less video to the web (for instance, YouTube)
7 – Name it Moshi Bandz TV Ad – your Monster Owner name
8 – ask your parent or guardian to read this blog for the submission details below
That’s it! Remember: You MUST be in England and you MUST be able to come to central London with your parent or guardian on FRIDAY, August 20th.

Zommer time! These stitch-picking, drool-licking thingamajigs are Monstro City’s most zany monsters. As long as you keep them happy and healthy, they’ll be your friend forever. I happen to have some inside info on which Zommer colors are most popular when they’re adopted. Check ’em out!
It makes sense that black would be the most common color for Zommer. After all, they ARE total rock ‘n’ roll. Did you know that Zommers make up just 6% of all the monsters every adopted in Monstro City? I guess that makes them kind of rare, huh? Do you have any Zommers on your Friends Tree? I have some BIG news! The Moshi Fun Park has a new mini game! Pretty amazing huh? But what if I told you we were going to get a new mini game EVERY DAY for 20 days over the summer holiday? Well it’s TRUE! It’s like the Twelve Days of Twistmas! It’s Twistmas in August!
Today the new mini game is Bomboozle. Clear the blobs by drawing paths, connecting three or more of the same color. Be sure not to run out of moves though, or it’ll be game over!
